“It’s a wrap!” Wouldn’t it be nice to say some magic words and have everything come together at the end of the school year? Voila! The end.
Well, wishful thinking is one thing and reality is another. Instead of being wishful, be “listful.” Use a tried-and-true organizational strategy: make a list. (Don’t rely on your memory when so much is going on.)
Once the list is made, remember to delegate. Your staff members have matured over the course of the year and are capable of completing assigned tasks. So, let us help jog your memory with our “Countdown to Summer.” …3-2-1 and you’ll be done!
