Prepare for NBYYD

Publicizing this special day begins with great promotional materials. Flip through the marketing catalog (it came in the fall production kit) or visit StudioBalfour to select selling materials. There are digital flyers to download immediately as well as fun video campaigns to share on social media. You can also promote your sale with vinyl banners, posters, window clings, table tents and yard signs.

Posters, flyers, yard signs and stand-up banners are some of the marketing materials you can order to spread the word about yearbook sales.

Another promotional option is to create your own yard signs or stand-up banners. Add your school mascot, backdrops or your theme graphics to create a one-of-a-kind sign. The 24 by 63-inch banner comes with a stand and could be placed outside your classroom or at key locations around your campus. Consider making a specialized banner for NBYYD or make one that can be used year-round.

In addition to promotional items, consider offering sales-day giveaways for yearbook buyers. You can purchase fun wristbands, stickers, buttons, stadium cups, T-shirts and more. Order sales and marketing materials online at StudioBalfour or call the Supply Dept. at 1-800-463-9910.

The eMarketing program is another smart way to bring attention to NBYYD and later sales. Use this direct email marketing system to target non-buying students and maximize student engagement. Choose from a variety of pre-designed email templates and create your own custom messages. You can also use eMarketing to communicate to your student body other important dates – picture day, senior portraits and yearbook distribution. Learn more about eMarketing at StudioBalfour under the Sales & Orders tab.
