You might say how can I celebrate this early if we’re still selling. Celebrating each milestone is important. Why? It gets you and your staff in the right frame of mind.* Find your successes and celebrate them. Give yourself a boost. Think back to last week, or your last sale. How many books did you sell? Are you doing better than this time last year?
