Let’s Get the Yearbook Started!

Tuesday Tip: We’re glad you’re here, and we’re here to help.  

Welcome back to school and thank you for taking on the yearbook project! Your Balfour Representatives are ready to help you. Here are five tasks to get started.

1. Contact your Balfour representative and schedule a meeting. Your representative will help you plan the book and stay by your side every step of the way.  
   
   
2. Log into Studio Balfour and access your 2025 yearbook project. Ask your rep to show you the new Encore updates. We’ve made navigating uploaded photographs and flowing portraits easier than ever. 3. Work with your rep to set up the store and advertise a ‘Back to School’ sale.

4.Confirm with school administration that School Picture Day is scheduled for this fall. Balfour photographers have been taking school pictures for over 100 years; we can help! Visit the Balfour Picture Day website https://www.balfour.com/pictureday to learn more.

5.Start taking and collecting photographs. https://studio.balfour.com/imageshare/ Balfour’s Image Share app can help you collect photographs for the project.

Our 2026 T-Shirt Design Contest has begun! 

Guidelines:

• Original artwork
• Include “2026” in the design
• Optional: “Senior” or “Class of”
• No specific school mascots, names, or colors
