We’re moving our popular adviser workshop to an online format. This summer’s best professional development training is coming to a browser window near you.
Registration is now open for our annual adviser training. We’ve amped up the program for our “Amplify” theme, bringing you three, content-packed days of inspiration, instruction and interaction. Whether this is your first year or 21st year advising, this interactive event will provide you the tools to create a successful 2021 yearbook. Session topics will include:
- Design
- Writing
- Photography
- Coverage
- Virtual yearbook planning
- Team building & motivation
- Book Sales and Marketing
- Leveraging technology
In addition, we’ll offer Q&A panels, hands-on challenges, small group discussions and an opportunity to meet with a mentor. During your mentoring session, you can critique your book, brainstorm theme ideas, or discuss any yearbook topic you’re interested in.
The workshop is $99 for three days (July 28-30) and open to all yearbook advisers—elementary, middle school and high school. Whether you’re a Balfour customer or an adviser with another company, we’re just excited to share ideas and inspire everyone. The 30-minute mentoring session is a $30 add-on to your registration fee.
