The holiday season is the perfect time to show your gratitude. And, saying “thank you” can go a long way in sales. Think of a retailer who offers a loyalty program such as cash-back rewards, airline miles or special discount days. Rewarding buyers with a gift, or even a personal thanks, creates a loyal customer who will buy in the future.
1. Give Gifts
Offer a gift to buyers. (Hint: Something as small as candy often works!) A buyer who knows you appreciate them will turn into a loyal customer.
2. Be An Advocate
Encourage other clubs and organization at your school throughout the year. You can do this as part of your social media campaign. By congratulating clubs or retweeting their information, you will be identified as a community and school supporter.
3. Remind Non-Buyers
By reminding non-buyers with a gift or message, you’ll keep the yearbook top-of-mind.
