If you haven’t purchased a yearbook yet, contact (name & number) or go online to (web address). We will not order extra books, so make sure you preorder your copy today. Yearbooks will be sold while supplies last.

Voicemail #2
This is your school principal, (insert name), calling to let you know that today, (day & date), is the FINAL DAY for yearbook orders. Yearbooks will be sold while supplies last so this is your last chance to purchase.

We do not order extras as we cannot afford to run the risk of paying for yearbooks that were not purchased.
